What it means
The New Testament calls Jesus a king again and again — in Revelation he wears the name "King of kings and Lord of lords". On a T-shirt the phrase is usually set big and bold, often with a crown or a cross.
It sits naturally with Palm Sunday and Easter, when churches remember Jesus entering Jerusalem as a king riding a donkey.
He has on his garment and on his thigh a name written, “KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.”
